Popis:	Although the cardiac effects of tacrolimus (FK506) have not been well documented, clinical cases of children on FK506 who developed hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy have been reported. We report 2 cases of marked concentric hypertrophy of the left ventricular myocardium found at autospy in children on FK506.
