Popis: Quality of life – important area in health care system which requiring substantial adjustment of priorities and reallocation sources. It is necessary to allow welfare for recipients with disabilities to improve their quality of life too. World Health Organization, in defining the concept of quality of life, finds that it is a wide concept connected with person physical health, psychological state, level of independence, social communication and relationships with the environment. There is no consensus concerning the definition of Disability, Special Needs, inclusive education and concepts.
