Popis:	Infection by SARS-CoV-2 has led to disease referred to as coronavirus disease 2019 which, in children has been described as of multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children. Our experience demonstrates 2 distinct presentations of this syndrome which have different clinical courses and may have differing long-term outcomes.
