The article examines the issues of the features of the international legal regulation of the international transport corridor created with the participation of Uzbekistan, Pakistan and Afghanistan in the context of public international law. Attention is paid to the analysis of existing international agreements concluded between the participating states of the corridor, designed to ensure the functioning of the corridor itself. Also, in this paper, attempts were made to identify international legal issues that stand in the way on the creation of a corridor. It is concluded that it is expedient for the participating states of the corridor to develop a tripartite international agreement establishing the creation and legal regime of the international transport corridor itself, and the rules related to its use and operation. The purpose of this article is to identify the legal framework of the corridor under consideration and to study the formation, development and prospects of this base. |
