Popis: This work investigates three different solar cell stacks for their use in TMDC-based solar windows; doped silicon-based transport layers + TCOs, Schottky junction contacts, and doping free contacts. Transmission spectra of all three configurations are simulated in order to discern which configuration is most transparent, calculate expected maximum quantum efficiencies and current densities.
