Popis: The purpose of this study is to articulate a logical structure of performance as represented by a model used to guide value-based management. It can be used to analyze industry leaders and to develop a comparative performance profile. As a strategic tool it can analyze competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace. Those organizations pursuing diversification or acquisition strategies can use this tool to identify targets of opportunity.
