Popis: | Determination of ST-segment resolution 60 minutes after the administration of thrombolytic therapy allows accurate risk stratification for mortality and congestive heart failure. Patients with complete ST resolution at 60 minutes tended to be at lower risk for 30-day mortality than patients with complete ST resolution at 90 minutes. |
