Popis: | This paper describes a new method of measuring capacitance current in non-effective grounding power system. The capacitance current tester is used in this new method to test no load measurement and load measurement with circuit in open delta of three-phase voltage transformer. It is via calculated by the difference to obtain both relative to the total capacitance and capacitance current of the distribution network. It is validated the practicability and accuracy of this new method via the data and analysis of 6∼35kV power system (hydropower plant) measurement. |
