Popis:	Summary Main geological principles of silicon deposits in the lower part of Verkhneberezovskaya suite (VB3 bench) were investigated. Lithological composition, occurrence aspects and source rock of VB3 bench were determined. VB3 thickness map was created. Authors investigated depositional mechanism considering Santonian and Campanian paleographics.
