Popis: | Effect the nature of substituents in free and esterified phosphonic and phosphinic-acid groups has on features of the sorption behavior of indium(III) and gallium(III) cations in sulfuric acid solutions is studied using cationites on a styrene-divinylbenzene matrix, which ensures the seamless transfer of sorbed ions. Integrated study shows the relationship between the sorption characteristics of cationites with varying functional strength of phosphoryl and acid centers of ionogenic systems. Their complexation ability toward target ions depends on electron-donating and hydration properties of the neutral alkyl and alkoxy substituents at phosphorus atom. |
