Topic of the final qualification work: "Research of the temporary personnel management system in an organization (on the example of Zenit-Arena LLC)".This work is devoted to the study of the temporary staff management system in the organization. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study:1. The study of the theoretical aspects of the personnel management system in the organization.2. The study of the methodological foundations of temporary staff management in the organization.3. Analysis of the management system of regular personnel in the organization LLC "Zenith-Arena".4. Analysis of the existing personnel management system for the excursion direction of Zenit-Arena LLC.5. Development of a model of the personnel management system for the excursion direction of Zenit-Arena LLC.6. Verification of the developed draft design of the architecture of the personnel management system for the excursion direction of Zenit-Arena LLC.7. Determination of the economic efficiency of the preliminary design of the excursion direction.The work was carried out on the basis of the Zenit-Arena LLC organization, where a significant part of the material was collected: the temporary staff management system, the features of the employer's interaction with temporary staff, regulatory documents.A draft design of the excursion direction of Zenit-Arena LLC was presented, which is aimed at solving the existing problem in the organization. The economic effect of the project implementation is presented. |
