MAIN FACTORS OF LEISURE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS IN EXTRACURRICULAR EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Popis: | The main factors of development of leisure activity of children with special educational needs in out-of-school educational institutions are considered in the article. The thesis on increasing the share of free time in its general human structure was further developed, which necessitates the preparation of children for its effective use in the near future. It is substantiated that the main factors in the development of leisure activities for children with special educational needs in out-of-school educational institutions are: growing public demand for additional educational services in out-of-school educational institutions for children with special educational needs; the impact of the state educational policy of Ukraine on out-of-school education, which is accompanied by the formation of the relevant legal framework; the impact state policy of Ukraine's on children with special needs, which contributed to the formation of an appropriate educational and legal framework for the realization of the rights of such children to receive extracurricular education in public, communal and private institutions; the process of digitalization of out-of-school education; formation of a holistic concept of professional actions of specialists of special education institutions, rehabilitation, health centers, medical institutions; rational organization of leisure activities of children in out-of-school education institutions; motives and motivation of personal participation in leisure activities; creation of united territorial communities in the process of administrative-territorial reform, which are responsible for the preservation and financing of existing out-of-school education institutions. In addition, the nature and structure of leisure activities are directly influenced by objective and subjective factors, which include: historical and cultural traditions of the people, living conditions and lifestyle, location of leisure facilities, climatic features, economic, social and political level of development of the state, its financial capabilities in the organization of permitting infrastructure, social and psychological characteristics of man, etc. |
