Popis: | The effect of the aviation fuel pumping rate on the electrostatic charging of filter papers treated with acrylic resin is studied. A model for predicting the electrostatic charging of the filter at various fuel pumping rates is developed. The pumping rate at which the filter is not electrostatically charged is determined. A parameter for evaluating the electrostatic charging of various filters is proposed. The mechanism of electrostatic charging of paper filters at various modes of fuel flow through the filter is substantiated. |
