Popis: Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: Разработка Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹ по расширению возможности типографии по выпуску полиграфической продукции. В данной работе описан Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс для производства Ð´ÐµÑ‚ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ½Ð¸Ð³-игрушек, рассмотрено современное состояние рынка выпуска детской литературы и изучены требования к выпуску данной продукции. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: 1. Изучить актуальность детской литературы на рынке. 2. Разработать Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ решения для изготовления книг-игрушек. 3. Исследовать Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÑƒ типографии «Быстрый Цвет». 4. Найти решения для создания ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ½Ð¸Ð³. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ работы проанализировано и выбрано оборудования для обеспечения высокого качества и производительности при низкой себестоимости книжной продукции. Также разработаны рекомендации для типографии по выпуску книг-игрушек с целью расширения ассортимента выпускаемой продукции.
Topic of the final qualification work: Development of technical measures to expand the capabilities of the printing house for the production of printed products. This paper describes the technological process for the production of children's toy books, considers the current state of the market for the production of children's literature, and examines the requirements for the production of these products. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. To study the relevance of children's literature on the market. 2. Develop technological solutions for the production of toy books. 3. Explore the characteristics of the printing house "Fast Color". 4. Find solutions for creating modern interactive books. In the course of the work, equipment was analyzed and selected to ensure high quality and productivity at a low cost of book production. Also, recommendations have been developed for the printing house on the production of toy books in order to expand the range of products.
