Popis: | It is known that most traffic accidents are due to human error, such as inattentive driving and drowsiness. This research develops a method for predicting driver's drowsiness. In order to measure the heart rate of driver non-invasively, we used capacity coupled electrodes and proposed a method to predicting drowsiness based on variations in the heart rate. This paper describes a structure and a principle of the system and experiments. The experiment conducted by using a driving simulator. The proposed system achieves detecting drowsiness of driver before a critical situation occurs. |
