Popis: | The difference-harmonic susceptibility due to in- tersubband transitions of electrons in quantized metallic films is calculated. The double-resonant contributions to suscepti- bility are analyzed based on the quasi-classical quantization of electron states. The roles of anisotropic and non-parabolic energy spectra are discussed. Numerical results are presented for the parabolic model of the dispersion laws and the bound- ary conditions of the third kind at interfaces. |
