Popis: Hypochaeris laevigata var. hipponensis and C. papposa (Asteraceae) are endemics plants from Algeria. In the current study, we analysed for the first time its phenolics compounds of dichloromethane (DCM), ethyl acetate (EA), and n-butanol (BuOH) fractions of the aerial parts of the 2 species by LC-MS/MS. The number detected of phenolic compounds in all fractions of H. laevigata var. hipponensis and C. papposa were 23 and 21, respectively. Furthermore, the antioxidant action was dictated by five methods and the tested plants fractions demonstrated a noteworthy antioxidant action. Also, acetyl and butyrylcholinesterase activities were tested showed some good activities. While, tyrosinase activity the fractions are all negative.
