Desafíos de la formación en TIC para educadores de hoy. Un análisis desde la política pública colombiana

Popis: espanolEste texto aborda la politica publica de TIC en el contexto educativo de Colombia, integrado por el marco conceptual de politicas publicas, TIC y educacion, asi como los planes y programas de las TIC en el ambito de la educacion, en los contextos internacional y nacional, y el analisis jurisprudencial sobre TIC en la educacion. Ademas, presenta una mirada historica del area de tecnologia e informatica desde las politicas publicas, donde desarrolla la perspectiva teorica, revision de antecedentes, el area de tecnologia e informatica desde las politicas publicas, los programas que forman educadores para el area de tecnologia e informatica en el contexto colombiano y latinoamericano, asi como las politicas que han respaldado la formacion de educadores en el area de tecnologia e informatica en el contexto internacional. Ademas, parte del texto se dedica a analizar la formacion de educadores desde la universidad, donde se presentan algunos antecedentes investigativos de la formacion de educadores, la formacion docente y sus concepciones teoricas, las politicas educativas para la formacion de educadores en TIC en la UPTC, los retos y desafios de la formacion universitaria frente a las TIC, y los desafios de los educadores universitarios ante las crisis y la sociedad actual. EnglishThis text addresses the public policy of ICT in the educational context of Colombia, integrated by the conceptual framework of public policies, ICT and education, as well as the plans and programs of ICT in the field of education, in the international and national contexts, and jurisprudential analysis on ICT in education. In addition, it presents a historical view of the area of technology and informatics from public policies, where it develops the theoretical perspective, background checks, the area of technology and informatics from public policies, the programs that train educators for the area of technology and informatics in the Colombian and Latin American context, as well as the policies that have supported the training of educators in the area of technology and informatics in the international context. In addition, part of the text is dedicated to analyzing the training of educators from the university, where some investigative antecedents of the training of educators, teacher training and their theoretical conceptions, educational policies for the training of educators in ICT at the UPTC are presented, the challenges and challenges of university education in the face of ICT, and the challenges of university educators in the face of crises and today’s society.
