DETERMINAN KELUARNYA PEREMPUAN DARI PASAR TENAGA KERJA PADA MASA PENDEMI COVID-19

Popis:	The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in an increasing number of women leaving the labor market. Using Sakernas data 2019-2020, this study estimates the determinants of women leaving the labor market using logistic regression. The results obtained are that the presence of children under the age of five, employment status as self employed, use of the internet, and a place to work at home will increase women's chances of leaving the labor market during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the status of women as heads of households, employment status as workers/employees, higher education, and the use of digital technology will reduce women's chances of leaving the labor market during the Covid-19 pandemic.
