Popis: | The work considers the elliptic component analysis that is suggested as the basis for an automated solution support system for blast-furnace process based on modern smart technologies in order to increase efficiency and decrease coke consumption within the current process procedure. In general, the approach addressed in the present work is based on a system agreement of contradictive private data on effective parameters of the blast-furnace process based on the statistics of the real operation data, as well as process calculations reflecting scientific and practical experience. The ratio of the corresponding data is determined with a regularization coefficient. The ratio of process calculations should be great enough for the starting period of operation when the operation data is not complete. The ratio of the corresponding data decreases as they gain the operation data. Increase of a relative number of effective blast-furnace heats in total number of heats is a criterion for decrease of process calculations. |
