Topic of the final qualifying work: "High-rise building of a business center with a built-in underground parking."In the graduation project, a 29-storey business center with a height of 121.8 meters was designed, with a two-level underground parking lot. Architectural and structural solutions, measures for fire safety and access for the disabled, technology and organization of construction were developed, the calculation of the economic efficiency of the project was carried out.The purpose of the work is to substantiate the effectiveness (or inefficiency) of investment investments for the project of a high-rise building of a business center with a built-in underground parking lot.During the work the following tasks were solved:1. Evaluate the main technological and construction solutions of the project2. Analyze the location of the object, its impact on the environment, transport accessibility3. Calculate the performance of a construction project by providing metrics such as net present value, payback period, ROI index, and rates of return on investment.Based on the results of the work, methods for assessing the economic efficiency of an investment project are given, cash outflows and inflows are calculated, and the payback period for the construction of a business center is determined. Various parameters for evaluating an investment project are calculated and conclusions are drawn about its effectiveness. |
