Popis: One of the universities 'concerns, at national levels and international too is development of students training needs in order to perform better, to be more satisfied about their professional career and to be eligible for the labor market. This is why we tried to build an online questionnaire which meant to measure students needs from GEORGIA, KAZAKHSTAN, KYRGYZSTAN, AZERBAIDJAN and ISRAEL and to implement the necessaries strategies in the universities from these 5 country in order to satisfy the most important development' needs of students. First, we pre-tested the questionnaire, which, initially, had open questions, on a sample of 446 students from 2 universities ("Stefan cel Mare" University of Suceava and "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi), then we realized the questionnaire with multiple choice answers. We used SPSS 21.00 for analyzing the results on individual values and the frequency of their occurrence. The questionnaire was structured on 2 parts: ? first part has 11 questions regarding the academic needs and the role of a mentor / tutor student, the social services, life care services and counseling services; ? the second part is about the auxiliary services from universities, how different peoples from universities act in relation with students and about the facilities offered by universities. The questionnaire was filled online, through the Moodle platform of the Grundtvig project "Student support and development services and 3305 university students from 5 countries responded to it. The results of the questionnaire were online processed by the Moodle platform and we can say that they very interesting and unexpected.
