Summary Normalised PSEI (NPSEI) has been applied successfully for shear impedance analysis. It is a key element in the PS ODiSI algorithms and allows ODiSI to run with PS seismic data as an input. With ultra-high-density Ocean Bottom Nodes acquisition and processing for both PP and PS, there has been an uplift in image quality. The highquality data allows us to use PS data in ODiSI for the first time. The shear modulus output from PS ODiSI has provided the team with a product to support alternative interpretations of the boundary between the upper and lower reservoirs. |
