Popis:	A technique is proposed for obtaining aerodynamic and mechanical characteristics of wind turbines – the wind energy conversion coefficient and the relative torque of the wind turbine as a function of their speed with respect to the intensity of the wind wheel acceleration from the moment of its start until the synchronous speed at constant wind speed. The proposed technique simplifies and significantly reduces the time for experimental testing of wind turbine wheels.
