Popis: Transmission electron microscopy has been used to examine the microstructure of V–4Ti–4Cr alloys produced in Russia, the USA, and Japan at various stages of their thermomechanical processing. The mechanisms for phase transformations have been analyzed. The influence of phase transformations on the features of the grain structure and defect microstructure of alloys has been investigated.
