Popis:	5-(N-Isopropylthiocarbamoyl)- and 5-(N-allylthiocarbamoyl)-derivatives of 4-aryl(hetaryl)spinaceamine were synthesized in order to study their biological activity. The reaction of histamine with various aryl- and hetarylaldehydes produced 4-aryl(hetaryl)spinaceamines, which were heated with isopropylisothiocyanate or allylisothiocyanate in EtOH to give 5-(N-isopropylthiocarbamoyl)- or 5-(N-allylthiocarbamoyl)-4-aryl(hetaryl) spinaceamines.
