Popis: | Spin-wave (SW) logic cell with a parallel 2-port excitation configuration that operates in XOR and OR logic regimes is described. The peculiarity of the solution is that magnetic field of lateral excitation electrodes couples to magnetic field component of SW resulting from its 2D confinement. The operation principle of the device can be interpreted as single channel multiport interference-based element. |
