Investigation of crystal structure and electrophysical properties of Ni-W alloys: Percolation processes

Popis: The study is devoted to the problem of establishing the correlation between the chemical and phase composition of Ni (1-x) W x alloys in a wide range of temperatures and the behavior of their lattice and electronic properties. Lattice parameters, macroscopic density and electrical resistivity of Ni — W alloys with different tungsten content were measured. It is shown that the concentration dependences of the specific electrical resistance at different temperatures are of a complex nonlinear nature. It is established that the evolution of macroscopic properties is caused by a change in the phase composition and percolation processes occurring in the two-phase region of the Ni-W system. On the basis of obtained data, a model of electric charge transfer in two-phase (fcc + bcc) systems by example of Ni-W alloys is developed.
