Popis:	The article considers the main types and the features of the modern remote banking services in Russian commercial banks. The problems of the remote banking system and the ways of solving of these problems are systematized. The main directions of the practical implementation of the remote banking customer service channels and the prospects for the development of the remote banking services are described. It is concluded that remote banking is the using of the most advanced technologies that enable the bank to receive the stable incomes and provide its customers with services on the most convenient and low-cost terms.
