Popis:	As an aid for visualization, planar magnetic resonance images from human legs are used to assemble 3-D presentations of individual leg muscles. This technique is applied to two areas: (1) the study of muscle atrophy in microgravity environment and (2) the measurement of physiological cross-sectional area to evaluate muscle strength.
