Popis: | The paper is devoted to the application of real-time strain gauge analysis for the diagnostics of bearings of industrial machines. The bearings are important and often damaged part of different rotor equipment. But the diagnostics of bearings is usually rather difficult. In the paper various methods of diagnostics of bearings are observed. Their advantages and disadvantages are discussed. The authors have invented a diagnostics method using strain gauge analysis with spectral analysis of forces in supports of equipment. This method creates an alternative option for a classical method of vibration diagnostics. The experimental study of a proposed method applied to the bearings diagnostics was made. Defected and defect-free bearings were tested. The spectral analysis of forces for both cases was made and a defected bearing was identified. |
