Popis: | The I–V characteristics of heat-treated polyacrylonitrile (PAN) thin film samples obtained by pyrolysis at temperatures Tp up to 550°C are considered. The effect of iodine-doping is investigated by comparison with undoped material. The I–V characteristics of doped samples exhibit linear behaviour at low voltage then a strong increase of conductivity. The bend shifts down to low voltages when the pyrolysis temperature Tp is increased. Experimental results are interpreted with the help of two randomly distributed phases in the medium in which doping involves an electric field aided percolation phenomenon. |
