This work is devoted to the development of the project of the public building of the business center, including the study of the location of the tower crane at the SGP.  Tasks that were solved during the study:to analyze various approaches / methods to identify the optimal solution for the placement of a tower crane;use the Generative Design module in Revit to choose a rational solution for placing a tower crane on the SGP.  The project was developed in accordance with the design assignment and the current regulatory documents. In the research part of the project, it was demonstrated that Dynamo scripts based on BIM can generate solutions to various tasks, including for solving the problem discussed in this paper. The proposed solutions can be implemented at the initial design stage of a construction project for planning and optimizing the construction site. They will be more effective on a dynamic construction site, i.e. they can be used to manage changes on the site as construction progresses.As a result of the work, the scheme of the planning organization of the land plot, architectural and structural solutions, building ventilation systems, fire safety measures, access for the disabled and compliance with energy efficiency requirements, the construction organization project and construction estimates are presented. In the research part of the project, in order to increase the efficiency of the placement of lifting mechanisms, such as a tower crane, this work used a computational method in the BIM environment (generative design) to select a rational solution for placing a tower crane on the construction master plan. |
