Popis: | The importance of collaborative relationships as a source of competitive advantage is widely recognized. The challenge is to determine which factors influence the quality of cooperation. This article shows that analyzing the supplier's motivation level would allow the purchasing company to better understand and manage the relationship. A decision support matrix is proposed. This research is based on two case studies in the automotive industry. |
