Popis: The article presents a rather little-known poetic group „Volyn,” founded in the 1930s by Czeslaw Janczarski. The literary work of its founder and most mature pre-war representative serves as a basis for the presentation of the group, whose members were perhaps the most convinced advocates of regionalist poetry in Polish literature of the twentieth century. In addition to pre-and post-war literary writings of Janczarski, the article also discusses works written by other members of the group, for example Podmajstrowicz and Iwaniuk.
