Popis:	A compact, mobile, independent and rather low-cost system for specimen transfer under closed conditions is presented. It allows specimen transfer between an ultrahigh vacuum spectrometer and several separate external experimental stages without any significant surface contamination. A mobile transfer vessel as well as two external experimental stages are described. The performance and application of this transfer system to high-temperature corrosion problems is described in combination with an appropriate experimental stage. Results of some related high-temperature corrosion experiments are presented.
