Popis: | High resolution x-ray diffraction measurements of YBCO single crystals with optimal transport properties reveal gross structural inhomogeneities, such as domains of different oxygen content and high dislocation densities. Thin epitaxial YBCO films show similar structural inhomogeneities. |
