Popis: | This work is focused on the study of the morphology of porous anodic alumina membranes formed in electrolytes based on organic and mineral acids. The relationship between synthesis conditions and geometric parameters of membranes is presented. The analysis of AFM images was performed and the fractal dimensions of the samples were determined. The electrical characteristics of membranes are studied by impedance spectroscopy. A theoretical model is described to explain the processes in the oxide layer. |
