An example of the design and implementation of the sensor vector control system with the synthesis of speed and current regulators for the induction motor, which can be used in laboratory and practical classes is considered. The structure of vector control system of induction motor with orientation on the vector of the rotor flux is proposed. Special attention is paid to the possibilities of using laboratory bench with modern circuit design in educational purposes and mapping software and hardware components in the form of single blocks in the MexBIOS Development Studio visual programming environment. Unified structure of vector control system, as well as simplicity of representation of algorithms and fundamental formulas in the form of blocks is key features of the system. The methods and models proposed in the research allow debugging of designed control systems before the practical implementation on microprocessor. |
