Popis: This is a behind-the-scenes look at Arizona State University's Help Center, a university that embraces a "one university" approach for many campuses. The ASU Help Center is an IT Help Desk and beyond, providing tier 1 support for other foundational services such as financial aid, parking and others. This will be a look at a structure in evolution, services in development, implementing a customer-service focused culture, and processes to onboard new services and the metrics that tie it all together. At its core, this will be a look at how ASU is growing it's 24 X 7 Help Center to be the front door to all major ASU services and to serve the Arizona community.
