Popis: | The autocatalytic process of nickel coating formation is considered in this paper. Sodium hypophosphite was used as a reducing agent. Based on the data of gravimetric and photometric analyses the temperature dependence of phosphorus incorporation into the composition of coatings as a result of an adverse reaction of disproportionation was investigated. The measurement of the contact angle and adhesive strength when soldering on the deposited coatings at temperatures of 45 °C and 75 °C was carried out. |
