Improvement of the water level assessment of wind pumping system

Popis: The reliability of remote wind water pumping plants aims essentially to satisfy the volume of water required for irrigation. A wind pumping system is expected to offer the suitable solution for water supply in aim to meet irrigation needs in these scattered locations. In this context, we propose a fuzzy logic (FL) approach to improve the assessment of water level in the tank of wind pumping system. This later determines the reference speed needed for the control of IM feeding centrifugal pump taking into account the water level desired and the variation of wind velocity. A comparison between the proposed approach and an analytic algorithm controller is provided. The validity and the effectiveness of the proposed FL are simulated under Matlab-Simulink.
