Popis: | 1. Homogenized ingots of alloy 1420 in tensile tests have considerable scatter of values for relative elongation and reduction of area in the temperature range 300–450°C which requires control of the heating temperature and cooling rate for ingots after homogenization annealing. 2. A two-stage homogenization annealing schedule with a high-temperature second stage (500°C) does not improve the technological effectiveness of alloys, it leads to a reduction in mechanical properties and low-cycle fatigue endurance in the height direction, and it increases the sensitivity of semi-finished products to intercrystalline corrosion. |
