Popis: | We demonstrate an ultra-sensitive immunoassay biosensor through photonic crystal enhanced fluorescence and surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) using diatom biosilica. We experimentally achieved enhanced detection limit down to 10−16M and 10−13M respectively. |
