Popis: | We present here ongoing work to produce an implementation of Brownian dynamics simulation using a matrix-free method with hardware accelerators. This work describes the GPU acceleration of a smooth particle-mesh Ewald (SPME) algorithm which is used for the main part of the computation, previously ported to run on Intel Xeon Phi. |
