Popis: | An energy-efficient digital-to-analogue converter switching scheme with operation-mode configurability is proposed for successive approximation register (SAR) analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs). The operation-mode configurability of the SAR ADC is realized by utilizing the single-side switching method, which can achieve operation-mode change between differential mode and single-ended mode. Compared to conventional scheme, the proposed switching scheme improves the energy-efficiency by 99.23% and 96.9% for differential mode and single-ended mode, respectively. |
