Popis: | In last decades, the internet has become an indispensable tool for the realization and continuity of an activity at a different time, place and technological context (eg. mobile, pc, tablet), so that interaction techniques through the use of multidevice support has become of great interest. From this perspective, continuity in interactions is an important concept in the face of changes in context environments where an interaction develops. There are works related to the continuity and support of multidevice environments that show that the implementation through software platforms is effective to improve continuity support, however, reducing steps to resume an activity on a different device is an aspect that need to be studied in greater detail. In support of the above, this paper presents an exploratory study that shows evidence that continuity is a useful feature for users, however, there are still aspects that need to be studied. Therefore, in this paper we propose a platform proposal for the implementation of continuity in workflow that reduces the steps necessary to continue and resume an activity in a different device context. |
