Popis:	We report a case of malignant hemangioendothelioma which occurred in the thoracodorsal artery. This tumor ruptured, making a giant tumor on the patient's back. MRI was useful in recognizing the area and size of this tumor. Lastly we discuss the histology, prognosis and treatment of the hemangioendothelioma.
