Popis: | Investigations of photoinduced changes were performed in superconducting YBaCuO ceramics. The photoinduced changes were carried out using CO 2 laser ( λ = 10.6 μ m) with power density of 12 W cm −2 . Anomalous changes of main voids were revealed at laser exposure times of about 3 min in correlation with drastic changes of resistivity. The results obtained may be explained by the clustering of oxygen vacancies in the CuO chains under the laser illumination. |
