Popis:	The article reports on the performance of the proximal femoral epiphysis after isolated screw fixation, Imhauser-Weber's operation and open repositioning with subcapital osteotomy. The indication for the choice of the operation is explained. Results of the three operative treatment methods are discussed in respect of postoperative mobility, osseous fusion period and complications. Detailed attention is paid to the localisation of the first signs of ossification.
